The new house will be built evaluating cultural uniqueness of the place and needs of modern life. It will be a three-storey house with attic floor, the roof of which will be tiled as most roofs of the houses in Old Town.

There will be 59 different size apartments in the house. Most apartments with windows overlooking the courtyard will have spacious balconies or terraces.

Spacious and stylish lobby will be designed on the ground floor. The space and interior of the lobby should create the first impression of luxurious surroundings of the house. Receptionist of the house will be on duty 24 hours a day to welcome you and your visitors.

If you are not at home, your visitors will be able to wait for you on a comfortable sofa.

Architects of the new building designed large windows for the apartments. With large floor-reaching windows, you will be able to enjoy natural light and image of additional space in your apartment from dawn till dusk. There will be 4 elevators in the house, connecting all storeys with the entrances and underground parking.
