Mikalojaus žiedas will be located in one of the oldest parts of Vilnius city. The uniqueness of the place is witnessed by adjacent monuments of mature Gothic – Franciscan church with a monastery and St. Nicolas Church were built as early as in the XIV century. Surrounding streets have preserved features of the Gothic Vilnius. They are narrow, sinuous, organically adapting to the place. Supposedly, very many activities have taken place here from the century Vilnius was established. The crossroad of Žemaitijos and Šiaulių streets falls into the space of the old, archaic Vilnius, which was surrounded by the defence wall in the XVI century. The wall must have been in the place of the present Kėdainių Street – remaining fragments of the old gates on Trakų and Rūdininkų streets is a witness of that.

Having chosen an apartment in this house, you will always feel the rhythm of life, and will be able to utilize all advantages of living in the city centre. The new house will be located rather close to the major streets of the Old Town and cultural centres. You will not have to spend much time looking for a cosy café, a posh restaurant, a modern shop or boutique.
